OceaNZ Blue is committed to producing abalone of the highest quality, which means no chemicals or unnatural substances are used on the farm during processing. OceaNZ Blue takes charge of the spawning, settling, on-growing and processing as well as marketing of premium quality Abalone to domestic and international markets.
OceaNZ Blue offers the world's top chefs and resturants a guaranteed supply of Abalone that has excellent taste, magnificent texture and a natural white appearance.
It is estimated that by the end of 2008 the company will produce 90 tonnes of Abalone, with sales increasing steadily until it reaches full production of 140 tonnes in 2010.
